Stock Service Fabrics

Stock service fabrics are textiles that are kept in ongoing supply by mills and distributors. They are manufactured in large production runs that are often far beyond the reach of small business.

Unlike major retailers, we strive to offer fabrics that will be available next time you need them - at least for a season or two.

We have a small, but growing selection of Stock Service fabrics that are mostly yarn-dyed, plain dyed or specialty fabrics such as embroidered or with those small jacquard features that add texture to what would otherwise be a simple fabric.

Stock Service FAQ's

What is the difference between Stock Service & Other Fabrics you offer?

Stock Service Fabrics are fabrics that we have access to ongoing, so you can come back for more when you need. They are ready to ship and are likely the types of fabrics that are woven or knitted in high volumes, and are often in quantities you need from your local retailer.

Where are they made and Shipped From?

Our Stock Service Fabrics are managed by our store partner Ngoc in Da Nang, Vietnam. The Warehouses are owned by distributors who service us, and they get these fabrics from a range of countries, primarily Vietnam, China, India, South Korea and Turkey.

Are all Stock Service Fabrics Ready to Ship?

All Stock Service Fabrics are ready to be shipped, but it is important to note that whilst we will hold an increasing amount of popular stock, some colours or designs may still be held in distributor locations. Once your order is placed, it transits from the distributor to Ngoc who will process your order for shipment in 1-2 days. With most countries taking 6-9 days once shipped, you need to allow at least 2 weeks before receiving your order.

What is the Minimum Order for Stock Service Fabric?

There are no minimum orders for stock service fabrics, but where stock is held offsite, small orders (say under 5 meters) may take a few extra days. This helps us combine orders and reduce transport which is beneficial for the environment and keeps our prices low. All customers making small orders are asked to consider these extra days on top of our regular order timelines.

Are all colours always in stock?

We keep some stock but rely on information from our distributors for other advertised styles. In the unlikely event we have incorrect information about the inventory, we will immediately notify you to immediately refund or provide other options.

What is your refund policy?

As with all cut fabric, we do not refund for change of mind, but if you have any other problems with the product, we are happy to exchange or refund. You must inspect your goods however within 7 days of receiving it to be eligible.
