Terms & Conditions of Custom Printing

Print-On-Demand Terms & Conditions

Effective: 5/07/2025

These Terms apply to all users of our Print-On-Demand and Fulfillment Services.

1. Artwork Submission

All designs must be submitted in repeat tile format at 300 DPI unless otherwise agreed. Files must be print-ready. We print your design at 100% scale unless alternative instructions are provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all submitted artwork is correctly sized, aligned, and prepared.

2. Intellectual Property & Licensing

By submitting artwork for printing, you warrant that you own the rights or have obtained proper licenses or permission to reproduce and sell the design. The artwork must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright or trademark. We do not verify ownership or copyright status of submitted designs and accept no responsibility for any legal issues arising from unauthorised use. The full legal liability for any claims, losses, or damages relating to copyright infringement remains with the submitting customer.

3. Order Confirmation

A digital proof or confirmation will be sent to you prior to print. Once confirmed, the file will go into production and no edits or refunds will be accepted unless the product delivered does not match the approved file.

4. Turnaround Time

Typical production time is 2–3 weeks after approval. All timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to workload, material availability, or external delays. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

5. Sampling & Quality Expectations

We strongly recommend ordering a sample to your own address before connecting live customer orders. We are not liable for print dissatisfaction related to scale, colour, alignment or material expectations. We are also not responsible for loss of sales or revenue due to product portrayal, or change of mind by your customers.

6. Cut, Pack & Ship Services

Customers selecting fulfillment must request integration and allow access to their online store to connect to our shipping platform. You are responsible for providing packing slips with accurate order details and product imagery, and for ensuring the items listed match what was ordered. See our Selling Your Own Fabrics Guide for packing slip tools and templates.

7. Data Privacy

Integration is performed through a secure third-party shipping platform. All data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how customer and order data is stored and used solely for order fulfillment.

8. Limitations of Liability

We are a production and logistics service only. We do not accept liability for customer dissatisfaction with your product portrayal, any loss of sales, business interruption, or reputational damage, or inaccuracies in your website or order information.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can only be edited or cancelled before approval of the confirmation file. No refunds or changes will be accepted after production begins, unless the printed fabric is faulty or does not match your approved file.

10. Customs & Import Duties

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in your region.
