Huy
Huy is based in Da Nang, Vietnam and juggles his time between working on Global De-Stash and his studies in Software Engineering at the University of Economics. Huy navigates the ins-and-outs of shipping from Vietnam, and already knows many customers from his role in Customer Service for Global De-Stash. Huy has competed at high levels in Rubix Cube and Snooker, and loves keeping fit.
Huy is bascially the cog that keeps everything turning for Global De-Stash, and he loves his job, and the opportunity it is giving him to develop his English skills.
OUR FABRIC GO-TO
Ngoc
Ngoc is our fabric Goddess who, originally acting as supplier to Global De-Stash, has taken over the management of all Stock Service and Outlet Orders. With her professionalism and contacts across the Textile Industry in Vietnam, China and South Korea, is a fantastic source of knowledge for Global De-Stash as a sourcing business.
Between running her fabric shop and helping with Global De-Stash, Ngoc keeps fit with regular Yoga, and loves to have her large family around her.
HELPING YOU
Vy
Vy has enjoyed customer service roles in for very similar stores to ours including Etsy Sellers and POD websites. Vy strives to help companies provide positive customer experiences, and we are thrilled to have her on board. Vy is part-time, but now works 5 days per week to service both Nerida Hansen Fabrics customers, and support Huy where possible.
Nerida
Nerida is the owner & curator of Global De-Stash, but is adamant that none of this could have been possible without the contributing vendors, and the dedication, support and positivity of Huy, Ngoc, Vy & Charlie (who is back studying in Ho Chi Minh). Nerida works from her home in Australia and after spending holidays and work-time in Vietnam cannot wait to go back and immerse herself with the team and the wonderful Vietnamese culture.
